For the meatballs:

Ground beef
Minced garlic
Thai red curry paste
Chopped green onions
Chopped fresh basil
Swerve sweetener
Salt to taste
Olive oil

For the sauce:

Butter
Red bell pepper
Onion
Can Coconut milk unsweetened
Red curry paste
Fresh lime juice
Fish sauce
Fresh basil
Salt and red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.

Form the meat mixture into small meatballs about 1 ½ inches across.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high.
