Do not make patient wait 45 min when appointment was scheduled to take a "telecall" from another client.

My experience has been very good.

I found her to take time to explain in detail, my biopsy results. She did not rush but allowed me to dictate her speed. She explained technical terms and their relationship to the testing. I could not have asked for anyone more caring and radiating a concern for my well being. Bravo!!! Bravo!! Certainly need more of her clones

This practice is highly professional and very welcoming. I was checked in and met by a nurse without delay. That person was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without delay I met with P.A. Ashlyn Kremer, with whom I have met regularly for couple of years. As always, she was straightforward, well informed about my case and offered me good information and answered my questions excellently. My next appointment is in six more months. I look forward to it.

The male nurse, ( sorry but I forgot his name ) was wonderful. He was having trouble with getting a goor result with the ultra sound machine, so he switched machines and was able to complete his test. Ashlyn Kremer was fantastic! She restored my faith in the system, listened to my issues and concerns and not only answered my questions but, SHE TOLD ME THE TRUTH!!! You do not get that at Ohio State ! You will never know how grateful I am for being treated this well. P/A Kremer not only knew how to be professional but carried it out brilliantly! I have to say, after dealing with OSUWMC for 2 1/2 years, I was shocked as to how well this appointment went! The difference was night and day different, far superior than the James Cancer Center! Definitely the right decision to make. Ms. Kremer scheduled a PSA test while I was there and when I went down stairs there was no problem or issues at all. Over the last 2 1/2 years there has been a lot depressing adjustments that I had to learn to deal with. Losing your dignity is very hard to deal with!!! Ms. Kremer restored that loss and treated me the way I always wanted. I can not ask for anything else! She is fantastic! She was an early Christmas present!

staff and PA were nice, but it was months before I could get the original visit and now I have to wait 2 more months before I'm seen again to have my bladder looked at is not what I was expecting especially after looking at my test results. I would hope that information is provided to me asap if treatment is needed.
