ALL staff treated me kindness and Respect. Just need lil'more help at desk checkin patients in/out...Dayton office. The wait room be full and only 1person behind window.. Dr.White and his staff and the most compassionate and well trained and I would send everyone to him...He's a Great Surgeon...I'm pain free for a yr now Praise God

Dr. White specifically explained the back issues that were causing my problems, and the care plan needed to resolve my issues. He had a friendly and professional manner. Pleased with our conversation.

It was a Pleasure to meet Dr White. His professionalism and concern for my outcome was second to none !!!

As soon as the doctor came into the room, he started by saying I needed surgery. This scared me! I expected and preferred to try a more conservative treatment first. Dr White did explain my condition well, but left me feeling like he just wanted to skip all other treatment options and do the surgery. When I explained to him this was my preference, he said that since I was visiting a surgeon, I should expect a surgical solution. I disagree! I feel that if a surgeon has my best interest at heart, they would try conservative measures first. He statement made me feel like he was "surgery happy", and just wanted to do the surgery.

This is a great group, they are on time and very efficient.

Had answers to all of my concerns and recommendations of how to proceed going forward.

I just love DR. White his bed side is great answer any and every question you have

dr. was very thuro in his explaination of what was going on I've been to 8 hospitals & this was the first one that didn't just give me a pill & tell me to come back the Dr. made it so we could understand what he was telling us.

The lady who took me to the room to wait to be seen by Dr. White was rude, and when the Dr finally came in he asked me about an issue I had already had addressed. When he finally figured out why I was there, we spoke about it. I informed him I was on disability and would need financial aid through the hospital. He told me the hospital doesn't do that. He was finished with the appointment and left. He said he would contact another Dr. to contact me to do anything that might need to be done who worked inside the Kettering hospital system.

Dr. White was extremely informative about my condition. He not only treated the MRI results but treated me, the patient and how I was feeling. I was very impressed with his manner and skill.

Everyone was extremely nice. As for Dr White, he took his time to answer all my questions. He explained things in a way I could understand. He was patient with all the questions I had. I was nervous at first due the fact that I need neck surgery but by the time I left I was feeling comfortable and confident knowing I was happy for choosing Dr.White.

With the cervical fusion I received, I realize I will never have the comfort and mobility that I had in the past. Dr. White couldn't perform a miracle cure.

Thanks for letting me make my appointment with Dr White him self. I'm a health care worker. I talked to him in surgery one day that o needed to talk to him not his PA's I've seen them already. He said that's how it goes So I made my appointment. Thanks so much for me being able to come see and talk to him about my issues. I'm glad he made a game plan for me not to have such an invasive surgery. I will think positive it will help me. Thanks so much. Great office.

Dr. White was totally awesome! When you're scared, apprehensive, uncertain about your health Dr. White is the one to see! His knowledge, understanding and compassion is just top of the line. Our family is very appreciative of him and his expertise!

It seemed the Dr was in a hurry but I felt like he was understanding and courteous,, he told me to schedule my surgery but then the receptionist said someone would be calling me,, I have not received a call yet,, this is a big decision for me and I want to be in my Dr and premier

Feel that He came in with an agenda about care/treatment without talking to me about what the full scope of my issues are. He refuses to talk about other images and other treatment options outside of injections and surgery.

Dr. White is a great doctor. He listens and explains everything.

Definitely didn't get the run around feel. Also the conversation between the Doctor felt very honest, straight to the point and wasn't treated like a number. I would 100% suggested this place to anyone.

Dr Ian White provided excellent care and explained my treatment clearly. He answered my questions with explanations I can use and to top it off he comes across as a nice guy.

Dr White was very personable & explained all details of my treatment options.

The folks that work in the office are amazing, but when you have to call the office for an issue, you do not get in touch with office personnel. It is a call center that are as skilled at answering medical questions as they are at actually preforming the brain surgery themselves. Miami Valley fails miserably with this call center. They refuse to allow you to speak to clinical staff. What medical facility does that? Clinical staff is amazing.

Sat in the patient room for almost an hour and then my time was quick and I was left confused with what was going to happen for me. I thought the Dr was going to follow through but had to make my own appointments for threapy and was told I was going to get a shot from another Dr but did not know when this was suppose to happen.

Doctor white Is very curtios, he listened to everything I had to tell him about my health condition which is considerable, he then explained to me the best course of action he could take in dealing with my back in ways that where detailed and understandable.

Was having severe pain when received referral but it took over a month to get the original appointment.
