Dr Derek Santiago is a consummate professional and is very thorough, which is why he detected my 2 arteries blockages. He saved my life!

Nurse was aware that I recently had surgery and was very caring and accommodating. Doctor explained all concerns and future treatment if needed. Doctor is very personable and is genuinely concerned with my health. Doctor took time to greet my mother in waiting room who did not have an appointment. Secretaries were very pleasant, even while very busy.

From the moment I entered the office, which was very clean. The receptionist behind the desk was very helpful, and then when I left, they were again very helpful in explaining the test that the doctor had ordered and how to go about scheduling them.

Dr.Santiago and his staff are the gold standard of medical care, always explaining procedures, medications. If I call office with a question, always get a call back from either the doctor or a nurse! Very happy with the service they provide, that's why I travel from Toms River nj . IWANT THE BEST!And it's worth the travel time.

After indicating recently experiencing a condition not related to doctor's specialty he nevertheless performed a basic diagnostic on the recent condition which contributed to reducing my sense of concern. Something I really appreciated.

Everything went well at this visit except for the handicap parking. This is not the first time I couldn't find a spot. My wife uses a motorized wheelchair. I transport her in a wheelchair accommodating van. Not being able to find a wheelchair parking space is a real challenge for me.

Everyone was very courteous and polite. All were very capable in the performance of their roles.

I visited Dr Santiago for a consultation on my CT calcium scan and to see if I'd be comfortable having him as my cardiologist in the future due to my family history. I liked him a lot and he listened to all my questions. He scheduled me for an cardio echogram and stress test.

Still have a problem getting Dr. S to communicate--e.g. Update status on EKG, discussions on side effects of meds.

Waited for 55 minutes before doctor came in to exam room. Also, much more handicapped parking is needed.
